I love the idea of ticking things off lists, it fills me with a sense of achievement just to be able to squiggle that black line through a task.
Over the last few weeks I’ve been doing a lot of squiggleing let me tell you 🙂
Sauce development has been going well, I’ve been overwhelmed by the amount of support from my family, friends and food suppliers that have been willing to give me honest feedback on the products I’m working on.
Since the last time…
The first print run of the labels came back from the printers. I’m not completely happy with them but it’s a good starter for ten, had to stop myself from talking the ear off the DPD guy when he delivered them.
I’ve also been in contact with several markets about selling my sauces, this work is ongoing as I’m currently working my way through a list of events that I want to go to over the summer.
However on that note…..
I’m happy to announce my first market stall at Leeds Dock (What used to be Clarence Dock) on the 24th and 25th of January !
This will officially be the first place where you will be able to get your hands on my lovely range of sauces before they launch online in February, in the range will be:
- Smokey Chipotle sauce
- Mango and Scotch Bonnet Sauce (the hot one)
- Sweet Chili Dip (with a fiery kick)
- Mexican Pink onions.
To make it even easier to get to Leeds Dock on the weekend there will be a free water taxi from the city centre !
I now have an even longer ‘to-do’list ! keep an eye on my Facebook page for updates.Social tagging: hot sauces > Leeds > leeds markets > scotch bonnet > startup
