Day four- Ten day reboot

I was up early to prep the fruit and vegetables for my juices today, I am getting into a better routine but I must admit I preferred it when it’s prepped  the night before.

On my search to make some different juices and get a bit of inspiration I asked for some help in one of my earlier  posts. In response to this I  got a tweet from Millies, asking if I had tried putting super greens in my juices, I was very curious so popped down after work to have a look.

I have been to Millies hundreds of times but never realized they made fresh juices, and have such a huge range I did not know where to start. I went for the Wild Berry Juice which was absolutely amazing.  Check out the whole menu here: I am going to go in next week to try out some of the wheat or barley grass so will let you know how it goes.

Day three- Ten day reboot

Three days in and the prep for the night before worked like a charm.

Al my  juices were ready and I was out of the house in 15 minutes flat. I am trying to stick to a routine with my juices but, I really need to mix it up a bit and do a bit of experimenting.

The Turbo Charge smoothie is by far my favourite, I think it’s from the Juice Master’s book.

The Avocado thickens the juice and it really does give you a lot of energy. Even the beetroot juices don’t taste too bad today, I think this is due to me peeling the Beets the night before and omitting the peel off the citrus fruit.

I enjoyed my five day reboot so much I decided to do a ten day one. Some may call me crazy (I am beginning to agree with them) but the amount of added energy you will feel afterward is worth it.
