Day three- Ten day reboot


Three days in and the prep for the night before worked like a charm.

Al my  juices were ready and I was out of the house in 15 minutes flat. I am trying to stick to a routine with my juices but, I really need to mix it up a bit and do a bit of experimenting.

The Turbo Charge smoothie is by far my favourite, I think it’s from the Juice Master’s book.

The Avocado thickens the juice and it really does give you a lot of energy. Even the beetroot juices don’t taste too bad today, I think this is due to me peeling the Beets the night before and omitting the peel off the citrus fruit.

As I was going to the gym after work I brought all my juices with me in containers for the whole day, plus an extra sporty juice and coconut water for after the gym.

I must admit my workout was a little hard going and if I didn’t love the classes so much I I would have given up halfway through.  As I went to the cinema (Went to see The Heat, good film) I and got back late I did not have anytime to do prep for tomorrow.

I can foresee me  having to get up early and play a little catch up tomorrow. Juices below

Breakfast 

Sunrise

  • 4 carrots
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 beet

Dinner
Turbo charge (I had this for both of my lunch juices and another for dinner)

  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 celery
  • 1/2 small pineapple
  • 3 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 lime (not peeled)
  • 4 apples
  • 1 avocado (After juicing the fruit and veg I use a hand blender to mix in the avocado)
