Day six- Ten day reboot

Today took a lot of coordination as we were here, there and everywhere. We had a to do list as long as my arm and very little time to do it.

The massive fail on my part was forgetting my coconut water, to make matters worse we could not find anywhere that sold it. To be fair we were not looking that hard and did come across a couple but they were all laden with added sugar.

As we were out and about ‘til late my energy levels were pretty low by around seven in the evening. I forgot to bring my dinner juice with me so I had a  Green Machine Naked Juice, which helped a lot.

What was interesting about the day was the amount of fast food we consume when we go down to Birmingham. It’s hard to make wise food choices on the go and next time we are down (and I’m not juicing) we will have to look at ways to address this.

When we arrived back at my Dad’s, my Other Half was given a beer. And me? A nice glass of sparkling water, complete with a slice of lemon, it was in a large wine glass so I cant complain.
