Day nine- Ten day reboot

I can’t believe I am so close to the end.

This morning was pretty easy as I made the juices yesterday and they were in the fridge. All I had to do was pour them into some containers and go.

Today has been the first day where I have actually been able to finish a two litre bottle of water. Drinking more water is definitely something that I will carry on post reboot.

Here is the video I produced of the Sage Juicer in action when I stayed down in Birmingham. I apologise now for my Brummie mumblings, going to try and work out how to use the microphone next time.

With one day to go I am feeling pretty reflective. This reboot has really given me an insight into my eating habits.

As I have to prepare all my juices in the morning I have lunch ready for me to drink at 12 and a mid lunch snack at 3. When I am eating food I am never that organised.

  • 6 kales leaves
  • (Australian Tuscan cabbage)
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 green apple
  • 1/2 lemon
  • Small piece of ginger root (1”/2.5cm)
