Long time no see

It’s been a while….

It’s so easy to get out of the habit of blogging. One day, turns into a week and before you know it, your last post was in September.

The thing is I do love blogging it’s a great break away from my day job.

With the new year imminent, I want to make sure I’m getting into good blogging habits.

I am lucky to have friends that give me knowing looks and have been nagging me to post.

I have found that if you make a statement publicly, there’s more chance of you sticking to it so…

With this in mind I thought I would let you all know about a little project that I am starting to get off the ground.

Back in 2012 when got married, for the wedding favours we wanted something unique and a bit different.

The idea of giving our guest sauces was just up our street, on account of us both loving them.

We were going to just buy some off the shelf and change the labels. Looking back with all the stress of the wedding this would have been a better idea.

However, in not taking the easy route we created three different sauces which were a massive hit.

So much so we still have guests asking for them even now.

I have decided to try and get these sauces market, starting with my favourite which was a hot sweet chili dipping sauce which is in development as we speak.

Sweet chili

I am going to blog my progress (as well as my usual reviews and recommendations and recipes) so stay tuned. If you would like to help out with taste tests, advice on printing, packaging or design, please get in touch.
